I woke up @ my usual time this morning (4am), and now find myself killing time before going for a run.

It's light out, so I'm heading out the door.  My intention is still to run 10 miles today.  I updated my running log and noticed that I only had 15.5 miles for the week (that shouldn't be a surprise – I've only run Wednesday this week … but it was still a little depressing).
